Application of blind orotracheal intubation via laryngeal mask airway Ⅰ-gel in patients undergoing general anesthesia

摘要: 目的 观察全麻患者经Ⅰ-gel喉罩盲探气管插管的可行性和安全性.方法 选择经口气管插管全麻患者40例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,Mallampati分级Ⅰ～Ⅳ级,年龄19～ 75岁,随机分为盲探气管插管组(Ⅰ组)和纤维支气管镜组(O组)各20例.记录2组气管插管时间及成功率、麻醉插管前后MAP、HR、SpO2的变化、拔除喉罩带血及术后24 h患者咽喉部气管插管相关并发症发生的情况.结果 Ⅰ组和O组气管插管的第1次成功率和总成功率分别为80％、95％和95％、100％,Ⅰ组气管插管时间(87.4±24.8)s,明显长于O组(73.1±12.0) s(P＜0.05).2组插管期间血流动力学稳定,均未发生拔除喉罩带血,术后24h随访未见明显咽痛、声音嘶哑等气管插管相关并发症发生.结论 Ⅰ-gel喉罩可安全用于引导气管导管盲探插管且成功率高.
