Arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament after knee joint dislocation using auto-allo-graft

  • 摘要: 目的 评估自体-同种异体混编肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的临床疗效.方法 选择2006年2月至2009年2月于本院就诊的前交叉韧带损伤患者80例,术前、术后行Lachman试验、国际膝关节文献委员会分级(IKDC)、Lysholm评分及KT-1000测试,进行主客观评分,评估重建疗效.结果 重建术后顺利完成康复训练并获得3年随访的病例共80例,重建前后的Lachman试验、IKDC评分及Lysholm评分及KT-1000测试差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 自体-同种异体混编肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带的疗效确切,值得临床推广.
