Relationship between serum uric acid level and blood pressure and gender differences

  • 摘要: 目的 观察血清尿酸水平与血压的关系,探讨性别对二者关系的影响.方法 选择体检人群979例进行同卷、人体测量,测定血清尿酸浓度,并按四分位间距分为Q1~Q4组.结果 ①总人群及女性人群中,尿酸与收缩压、平均动脉压显著相关(P<0.05),与舒张压、脉压差无关(P>0.05);男性人群中,尿酸与各血压值均无关(P>0.05);②Logistic回归显示,女性Q4组高血压患病较Q1组增高58.5% (P>0.05),总人群Q4组高血压患病较Q1组增高56.3% (P>0.05),在男性组差异无统计学意义.结论 血清尿酸水平与收缩压、平均动脉压及高血压患病率相关,且具有性别差异.
